In the last quarter of 2019, we received tremendous backing from the community for the CU65 and CU80. We will forever be grateful for this support and, whilst we are working hard to make sure that you get the best possible products, we realise that we probably don’t post enough product updates as we should. In addition to this we have noticed that we don’t often enough explain why we do the things that we do.
Today we are going to change this and start talking.
Firstly, we know that emails sent via the contact form may not be replied to for several days. This is because we get an enormous amount of mail from you – whilst we appreciate that so many people want to talk to us, there is a LOT to get through. We do try to respond to everything – if you don’t receive a reply within 48 hours do not worry. We also rarely reply on Saturday and Sunday as we are out of the office.
The best place to contact us is on Discord (click here to join the server)! We don’t recommend contacting us on Instagram or Twitter because we strangely don’t get notifications from either. If you don’t want to contact us through Discord, then please email us!
Secondly, product updates! The current update page is admittedly fairly lacking and so we are going to publish new update pages later this week that are more detailed and should give everyone a better idea of the status of the CU65 and CU80. Also updates that are emailed directly to GB participants are going to be posted on the store.
In addition to this we will be posting guides and manuals to the website over the coming weeks that explain the new keyboards, how to build them and how to flash the firmware.
Finally, there will be more blog posts. There is a lot happening within capsunlocked and we feel that you should hear our thoughts more often so there are going to be more blog posts.
Despite the rocky few weeks with the CU80 we really are excited for 2020 and beyond. We are working on a variety of interesting projects that we hope you will one day get to enjoy.
