International CU80, CU65 and CU7 Order Updates

We are excited to announce that all remaining International CU80 Round 3, CU65 Round 3 and CU7 Round 1 orders have started to ship (including extras)!

Tracking numbers were sent out to customers last week (when the shipping labels were printed) and orders are steadily being packed with daily collections organised with DPD. 

Questions

> "I was part of one of these group buys but I have not received a tracking number. When is my order shipping?!!"

>> Whilst the majority of the issues generating International Labels have been resolved, there are numerous labels that have not been printed. These are being worked through and will be re-uploaded to DPD's system in the coming days. The list of affected orders has been published below. Your physical orders is not affected, we are just experiencing technical issues generating a label for your box. :(

> "I got my tracking number last week but there have been no updates. Has it been lost?"

>> No, your order has not been lost/stolen. Approximately 700 shipping labels were printed last week (early-November) and your order will not update until it is scanned by the DPD on collection. We are working to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Last Minute Address Changes

We are accepting last minute address changes, but would like to inform you that orders are going out and in certain circumstances addresses might not be able to be changed. We can not guarantee that all address change requests will be carried out, but will try our best.
