Exchange and Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

You have 14 calendar days to exchange any unwanted item(s) from the date you received it.

To qualify for a return, please return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

capsunlocked will only cover the cost of shipping all exchanges back to capsunlocked, from within the EU.

You will be notified once your returned item has been received by capsunlocked, and it will undergo an inspection. Once your item has been inspected, you will be notified on the status of your exchange.

If there is a price difference between your original item and the new item, you will be charged/refunded accordingly. In addition to any price differences, you will also be billed the cost of shipping your new item to you.

 

Returns Policy

capsunlocked will only cover the returns shipping cost of all orders from within the EU.

If you have received a faulty product, please refer to the Warranty Policy section for more information.

You will be notified once your returned item has been received by capsunlocked, and it will undergo an inspection. Once your item has been inspected, you will be notified on the status of your refund.

Once approved, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to appear (although it is usually much sooner than this).

If your item was damaged in shipping, please contact capsunlocked immediately.
