What is a group buy?
We get this question a lot! So much so that we have a page about it. Check out the "What is a Group Buy?" page for more information.
I have purchased a Varmilo mechanical keyboard, where is it?
If you have designed and purchase a Varmilo mechanical keyboard that is not currently stocked by Varmilo, please check the Varmilo Order Status page to check on it's progress. You can also check this page to see when the current group buy is expected to be delievered.
We aim to process and dispatch each order as soon as possible however in the rare event that a delay occurs (either from ourselves, Varmilo or a courier), we will contact you and update the Varmilo Order Status page.
I have ordered a Varmilo custom order but wish to cancel/change my order, how do I do this?
If you would like to change/cancel a Varmilo custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can not change, cancel or refund any orders once a particular order period has ended. All Varmilo orders are submitted to Varmilo on the day after the order period for a particular round has ended.
I have received my order, but it's wrong/it's faulty, what do I do?
If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact capsunlocked immediately and we will try our best to resolve this for you in a timely manner.
Can I return my order?

Why have you not replied to the message I have sent you?
We try to respond to each message as soon as possible however during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) you may not receive a reply until after 48 hours. We try to respond to all email messages within 48 hours.
