I purchased a Varmilo Mechanical Keyboard, where is it? 

If you have designed your own Custom Varmilo keyboard, please allow up to 28 working days for it to arrive. 

If you have purchased a Varmilo keyboard that was in stock, from the Warehouse section, your keyboard will be prepared for shipping within 48 hours, and shipped out using the shipping method you have selected. 

I purchased a Varmilo mechanical keyboard, and it has been longer than 28 working days! WHERE IS MY ORDER!? 

capsunlocked works to provide you with your order within 28 working days, but sometimes events out of our control can delay shipments. If you have not received your order within 28 working days, please feel free to contact capsunlocked via the contact page (Contact Us), or you can get the latest update for your order via the Varmilo Weekly Group Buys Page.

I ordered a custom Varmilo keyboard, but I want to cancel/change my order. How do I do this? 

If you want to contact capsunlocked regarding changing/cancelling your order, you can do so via the contact page (Contact Us).

Please note, all Varmilo orders are submitted on the first Monday after you have placed your order. Your order will be submitted to Varmilo on this date, and you have up to the first Sunday after you have placed your order, to make any changes. 

I have received my order, but it is faulty / there is an issue. What do I do? 

If you have any issue with your order once you have received it, please contact capsunlocked (Contact Us).

I have sent a message via the Contact Us page but I have not received a reply! When can I expect to receive a reply? 

capsunlocked tries to respond to all emails as soon as possible, however during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) you may receive a reply later than 24 hours. capsunlocked apologises for any inconveniences caused.
